While we love hearing from you, please realize that we get a LOT of messages, so you can usually find your own answers faster than we can respond. Also note that if your question has already been addressed in the public Help & FAQ, we probably won’t reply at all.

We normally handle support issues M-Th, though it may take 48hrs for us to reply. (We don’t have a dedicated customer support team.)

The studio will be closed during the Thanksgiving (Nov 20-24) and Winter (Dec 15 – Jan 2) breaks, so we may not get your requests until after those breaks.
