I completed the game and defeated GUY-D, but there is still the quest Letter Ideas where I have to deliver Baarli’s letter to Kleewik. But Kleewik doesn’t respond.

It's really dumb, but I just downloaded your save and tested it.
All you need to do is have Guarden follow you and be near Kleewik and it should prompt the dialogue for the quest.
Not entirely sure what broke/went wrong there, but I got it to work on my end!
