It's rolling out shortly! It got caught in a weird limbo where it was rolled out to a portion of users, but hadn't flipped to all of them.

Its a safety mechanism (unsure if its our end or theirs) where it goes out to a percentage of users to make sure there's not an increase in crash rate or anything when a new build comes out, and for some reason it just didn't propagate to everyone.
