Crashlands 2 Feedbag

I didn't get the recipe from the Tetrapool Quest, (Spicey Cabinet) I finished the quest, zoomed through the dialogue and then after that, I didnt get the Recipe :(. I tried restarting the game, went back to the house, but to no avail. The quest is in my archives. What to do?
