I think the Egg hatch mechanic is broken on my game. The egg is not responsive to the given conditions to hatch.
If I'm looking at the correct save date for you, you have two of your floor tiles as lush garden beds, which don't count as floors for the houses.
If you replace them with floor tiles, it will complete the room/building, allowing your egg hatch progression to start.
