I have a number of exploding plants that are full grown and are grouped together. When I go to harvest them by hitting even a single one, the game crashes to desktop when it would normally have exploded. I was able to reproduce this 2/2 attempts.
When loading my save, the area in question is directly downwards. The plant I struck in both attempts was the right most one.
Please let me know if any additional information would be useful beyond the save file I have included.
And since you're reading this, please let everyone know from another satisfied customer that you guys all did a great job! I love both Crashlands 1 and 2.
Additional Information
You should be able to swap this file for the one with the same name in your saves folder. I harvested the plants, as well as using your trowel to remove them so they won't regrow.
Somehow that you had enough that MY computer was closing the game too! Next time, if you do plant that many again, you'll want to throw some sort of ranged projectile at them, and then RUUUUUUUUN and juke as fast as you can away so that only a handful of them detonate. Continue to do this until all the explosive plants have detonated.
