What version does the main menu say you're on? This was an old bug that was SUPPOSED to be resolved already.

We are back in office. As stated in my previous response, double check on the app store that your game is up to date.

Beyond that, you may also try touching the screen with three fingers at once to see if that resets the touch capacitor and gets things back in order again. It may be that there is a ghost input that is what's causing your gear to instantly unequip after getting it swapped on

Definitely the right build number, so we've got that going for us at least.

If the triple finger tap/touch doesn't work to remove the ghost input, I'll let Seth/Shi know and we'll look into figuring out why the fix we put out didn't work and we're suddenly getting reports on it again.

iPhone 16_26.3.1 The triple tap works. I tried in and out of case and the only way to get it on the first go is to triple tap.
