Fishing with a pole is finite, just as is using the fishing bombs. The fishing spots will respawn after a set amount of time, but so far as I am aware, the bomb and fishing pole have the same drop rates for items (including the end game fish weapons).

The bombs are there for the convenience, and are not a necessity.

For the drop rates I'm gonna have to go do some more to more clearly confirm, as I have seen of the fish bombs they aren't effected by Fishing boosts.

When I mean infinite, which to be fair that was a dumb in my part since fishing spots don't last forever(this is a good thing as it encourges exploration)however they usually last more than one reel and likely due to having paitence playing the Fishing minigame it does grant more rewards as it should, the issue I have with fish bombs is the rewards aren't varied and plentiful enough to justify using more reasources, including having less possible reeling for the convience of not doing the finishing minigame.

From what I've gotten so far it's just not gonna enough to earn itself being an item, as it's convience isn't valuble for the varied reasources you'd likely want out of it.

It's the around 3 items, Mainly I got seemingly the most common usually compared to reeling where you likely would guess right.

Maybe there's something wrong with how increased Fishing power isn't applied on fish bombs, which likely would explain the low turn over since I was using "Dirty reel"(?) Trinket while fishing with both.

I did a bit of research and confirmed Fish bombs are for reason unaeffected by Boosts, even though other types of bombs are effected by boosts that involve their effects like Crit.

That is really bad, as it does what I said.
