Hello! I'm stuck in the Tundra at the GHQ location for the Grandmammy quest— the Slurb isn’t spawning despite revisiting geysir clusters and confirming the map markers. lol I looked into it some more, you just gotta place the smashy sign and the Slurb you need to fight will spawn.
