Heyo! Although it wouldn't be legal for you to distribute copies of the game, if you can find a way to mod the game to include Spanish, we wouldn't take issue with you distributing that mod. Hopefully that works for you!

I just wanted to let you know that I’ve officially finished the full Spanish translation for the game! I didn’t modify or touch the executable file, so instead I used the Simplified Chinese language slot to implement Spanish — it works perfectly that way!

It would be amazing if, at some point, you could consider adding a dedicated Spanish slot officially, even as a community option. I completely understand if it’s not possible, but I wanted to share it with you since many players from my community struggle to install mods manually — even with the README I made, they’re often afraid to break their game.

If there’s an email or a way I can send you all the translated files and documentation, I’d be very happy to share everything properly. If not, that’s okay too — I’ll simply release it as a normal mod so players can enjoy the world you created in their own language.

I really appreciate the kindness and openness you showed before, and I’ll always admire your work. Crashlands has been one of my favorite games of all time, and this translation was made purely out of love and respect for it. <3
