Crashlands Feedbag

Tried to play the OG version of Crashlands but I’m unable to log in to Rumpus (due to a code 7) or retrieve my cloud saves. Many, many hours of gameplay lost. Read your “code book” and says to “poke” a button I do not see to fix. I believe my issues are because I downloaded and played via the Apple Arcade version instead of my purchased app and now the arcade version is unavailable. Please help me retrieve my cloud saves🙏🙏 TWStephens

Can you back out to the main menu and tell us what version you're on? It should be in the top left corner of the screen.

After further reading into the problem, and doing some of my own research, we are unable to provide a way to retrieve save data from the apple arcade version of Crashlands.

Due to how apple has the games on the paid arcade, we weren't able/allowed to create a method to export th save data to be used in any other versions of the game.
