I can't log in to Rufus in Epic Games version of CrashLands. When I click "Log In" it shows three methods for logi in: BscotchID, Epic Games and thru e-mail. It doesn't metter which metod I choose, it's ends up in the same way - nothing happens. It looks like game freeze - music still playing, CrashLands logo pulsing, but in-game pouse pointer freeze and shows up Windows mouse pointer. Is there any possibillity to fix this problem? I was looking for it in the web, but nothing found. I'm attaching a video that shows my problem.

Looks like your version and everything is up to date and correct. If you have any save files to back up, check
C:\Users\[YOUR COMPUTER NAME HERE]\AppData\Local\Crashlands\Game\Savesand move them to a safe location (just in case) and then uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that makes a difference.Also make sure there isn't a pop up (or that you don't have pop ups blocked or anything) when you click the epic login.
Thank you for quick respond. Unfortunately before writing this "support ticket", I did that - I removed everything form that folder (also everything from C:\Users[YOUR COMPUTER NAME HERE]\AppData\Local\Crashlands) and reinstalled game. It doesn't made any difference. Also there isn't pop up and I don't have pop ups blocked (I've tried even block it).
Bare with me while the team looks into this. I will try throwing some suggestions your way whilst digging into this.
Have you tried logging out of Epic completely and signing back in prior to booting the game?
I tried logging out and signing back, then launched the game, but it's ends up it the same way - "freeze" when I tried log in to Rufus account in the game.
When was the last time you were able to log in at all on Epic?
I've never logging in on Epic. I didn't even know, that I have Crashlands on Epic. I found out about the game from the web and I want to play it. After little research it turns out, that Crashlands was given for free from Epic Games Store few years ago and I haven't realized until now, that I have it on Epic. I installed the game and I wanted log in thru an e-mail and here I am.
Interesting... your account shows that you have progress on the game, so at some point you managed to log in somewhere....
I'm escalating this to a teammate with more experience.
It's because few hours after I wrote to the support, I bought the game on Steam. Then I tried log in to the Rufus (in the Steam version of the game) and there I was able to do it. I'm sorry, that I didn't mention it earlier.
