I am back with the releas of the wiki and will do the same as last time ill try to not include already mentioned thing

1. I'd recomend to change the name of the german medical license although corect using a simpler term like "Medizinische Lizenz" wich just an 1:1 translation of both words and not the meaning technaly
2. Bear Mace is "an den Kragen Bär" and should be " Bären Keule" wich is a 1:1 translation
3. Bear down is "Bärrapeln" should be "Gefallene Bär" wich is fallen bear only bc 1:1 sounded BAD
4. Bear Grill is "Bärbeißig" should either mean "Bären Beißer" if your refering to the teeth or "Beißiger Bär" if you want it to mean Bity bear
5. Antifragilityimplant is "Dickkopfimplantat" i'd recomend making it "Dickshädelimplant" bc Schädel is skull and Dickschädel is alaready a word
6. Pneumatic Fist is "Druckluft Faust" wich isnt wrong just sounds underwelming id recomend "Hochdruck Faust" wich the same meaning just empowering it or giving it more kick
7. Pocket Flask is "Flachman" wich isnt wrong just not super known id recomend "Taschen Flasche" bc everyone who knows the origanal meaning is gonna think of Ricks Flask from Rick and Morty
8. Focus Mits is "Fokusierungsfäustlinge" it could be shortened to "Fokusfäustlinge"
9. Bandolier is "Patronriemen" id recomend "Kugel Gürtel"
10. Moonshine is "Selbstgebranter" wich is just short it should be "Selbstgebranter Alkohol"
11. Rage Bait is kinda known here but necesrely so its resonable to Rage Bait in German
12. Toughnes is "Zähigkeit" id recomend it to change it to "Schaden Veringerung"
13. DPS is "DPS" it could/should be "SPS" for "Schaden pro sekunde" wich is damage per second 1:1
14. Baby is "Kleinkind" wich means the Baby is between 4-7 years if not its also "Baby"
15. The Killipede is "Schmausenfüßer" id recomend "Grauenfüßer" wich is like Terro or horror and -ipede 14,5. His segments would be "Grauenfüeßer Segment"
16. The Diamondback is "Rautenformrücken" it should be "Diamantrücken"
17. Knife Wielder is "Messerbewerht" recomended is "Hat Messer" wich just means has knife Who could have imagined that the complete game has a few more and also if you Dudes are unsure about the genarel text and not just item names and such i might be able to be convinced to do that too litle question may my name get added if my trasnlation help gets accepted and if yes Please contact me
