Hi Support Team,
I purchased How Many Dudes? on 30 July 2026 on Steam, and when I run the game, I am always greeted with the "not booting up the game through Steam" message (screenshot)
I launched the game through my Steam Library and still doesn't resolved. I tried many methods, verify integrity of game files, cleared cache, reinstalled the game, restarting Steam a few times, but still couldn't resolve it.
I have contacted Steam, and they have directed me to Bscotch team. Hope you guys are able to assist. Thank you!

We've been getting a few different reports about this and are trying to track down further info as to what's going on.
I'll dump some questions for you to answer, but will more than likely have more for you once the team is available to look into things more thoroughly:
What operating system are you on?
Can you tell us where exactly you have Steam installed?
Have you modified any of the files for the game?
Are you logged into Rumpus in-game, or are you able to?
I am running the game on Asus ROG Ally X with Windows 11 Home 25H2
C:\Program Files (x86)
No file modification at all
I tried logging in to Rumpus in-game, returned with the following error (screenshot)
Can you send us that dmp file that was generated?
