Shouldn't Explosive Innards (Zombie) set off Bean Burrito? Both say they are "Knock out" effects.

Perhaps. Currently bean burrito triggers when the dude lands after they've been KO'd, but when they die to explosive innards they just explode so thematically they don't have the parts required to fart. However, if you have gravestone then the zombie will spawn a skeledude when he explodes and that skeleton will fart when it's KO'd.
