Hello Butterscotch Shenanigans Support Team,

I recently purchased your game "How Many Dudes?" on the Google Play Store for 5,360 F CFA. Unfortunately, I had to request a refund shortly after because the game is not compatible with my device.

Google Play's system indicates that the review is finished and the game has been removed from my account. However, I never received the automated confirmation email from Google regarding the cancellation.

My mobile money provider (Wave in Senegal) is holding my funds and absolutely requires a written proof of the refund/cancellation to release my money. Since Google is impossible to reach directly, could you please check my transaction on your developer console and reply to this email confirming that the order has been successfully cancelled and refunded? I will use your reply as proof for my bank.

I am contacting you regarding a purchase I made on September 14, 2026, for your game "How Many Dudes?". The cost was 5,360 F CFA.

I requested a refund because the game was not compatible with my device. My Google Play account shows that the review is finished ("Examen terminé") and my September expenses went back to 0 F CFA.

However, I never received the automated confirmation email from Google. My mobile money provider (Wave Senegal) is blocking my funds and requires a written proof of the refund to release my money.

Could you please check this transaction in your system and simply reply to this email to confirm that it has been cancelled/refunded? I will show your reply to my bank. I have attached the screenshots of my transaction and my Google Play account.
