Website & Rumpus Feedbag

I downloaded Levelhead for Xbox recently and tried linking my Rumpus account to Xbox Live. However, when I tried to complete this, my Xbox told me that the accounts weren't synced, then forcing me to make a new Rumpus account. Now, I can't log out and sign back in with my main Rumpus. Is there anyway to completely reset the game?

Starter question: is the account you're making this report from the one you're attempting to use on the Xbox? Or do you know what rumpus lookup code it is?

I'll try to help you with instructions on how to get your Xbox account linked with the Rumpus account of your choosing. Here's all you should need to do:

  1. login here (on this website) with the Rumpus account / email address that you want to link to your Xbox account.
  2. Click your username at the top of the page and select "manage account" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Scroll down to "connections", click on the Xbox logo, and follow the onscreen instructions to get your account linked.
