You have talked a good deal about the build/deploy, art, and QA/testing automation. What other kinds things have you delegated to your robots so you don't have to think about or do? Anything on the business or personal side of things?

Now that you've gone completely remote for your studio, do you think you'll stay in St. Louis? It no longer really matters where you are to do your work. Do you ever think about relocating yourselves or the studio? If you still think physical space matters, are you still willing to stand up for St. Louis as a good place to live? You have championed it in the past.

What would a Crashlands Sea Shanty sound like?

I was doing some snooping on Linked.in and realized that one of your past employees helped develop or at least market Exploding Kittens. What other kinds of interesting people have you guys networked with over the years? Who was the most interesting of all the people you've met? Maybe not interesting due to fame, but just sheer "Damn, that guy/gal is interesting" kind of interesting.

Waaay back in episode 73 (mancy patch kids), you talked about eventually expanding beyond games - becoming an indie-publisher, selling tools to other devs, all sorts of stuff. What's happened to this goal in the intervening years?

where in the Bscotch universe did Narwhal Online take place? was that Woanope or another planet? i hope to see a lot of Narwhals in Crashlands 2.

At work, if I have tasks that either seem like they will be difficult, or seem like they will be boring, I have a VERY hard time focusing on them and it takes me much longer than it should. Do y'all ever need to use focus techniques like pomodoro?

Y’all have been focused on making the art for CL2 maximally effective, and making sure that the game design is done for the most fun player experience. However, you guys haven’t talked about the writing and the story for the game. I’m guessing this was done to avoid spoilers, but that still leaves me wondering: how are you guys handling all them words and that juicy (pun intended) plot?

hi butterbros! long time, first time... 😄 I remember when levelhead used to get those blog posts while you were developing it in early access to show off upcoming features and development progress. do you think CL2 will get that sort of devlogs at any point in the future, or is it too big of a commitment? or maybe you'd just rather spend that time on actually developing it?

Will I still get to choose my roof tile? or are you going to force my roof to match the floor/wall(s) I place?

Seth what is your class/spec in WoW? The community is dying to know what the worst class in WoW is.

So I got a ps5 a couple months ago. While most of the hype and claims from sony were BS or highly exaggerated, the haptic feedback on the controller lives up to the hype 100% and is the best improvement to me. What're your thoughts on marketing hype vs facts? Expectations vs reality? What's the most outrageous claim y'all have made in life that ended up being 100% bullshit?

Do you think releasing a stand alone platformer using Level Head's mechanics would have been/would be helpful in introducing it's complexity to people before asking them to play a builder game with those mechanics (this is in reference to your discussion of the marketing problems with Level Head in ep. 311)?

Would you ever consider releasing a free or cheap platformer with GR-18 to push folks to then purchase and play an infinite GR-18 platformer?

You guys have mentioned that you use clickup in your office to organise work flow - do any of you use it to organise your home lives too? Any tips on using it effectively? As someone with a day job teaching, game dev on the side and 3 small children, life can be pretty overwhelming, which is why I'm interested in ways to better organise my time. Thanks!

What would ya think about the idea of some podcast guest-stars, from inside or outside the studio?

    Eppajump Boilvarka @vkrokb asked

We all have different ways of coping with our individual have-to dos, that just have to be done "or else" it becomes unmanageable if ignored.

For example, I've been using your podcast to endure the weekly lawn mowing and yard work which is something I personally didn't enjoy, but kinda look forward to now.

What life hacks have you guys used to power through the have-tos of game development, life, or business?

    Fraser_ @rl8tgt asked

How are you planing around the vasty disparate technical abilities of modern platforms with Crashlands 2? Are you designing with one eye always on the Switch or some low end phone (if mobile's still a target), or are you planning for separate skews of the game, or something else entirely?

Just noticed Levelhead in the HumbleBundle for May. I seem to remember you guys being against bundles before, what changed?

I also noticed a new trailer along with it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VHXB_37jVQE I really like it, much snappier. Was that the intent?

    ribdot @czrjpc asked

Hey bros! I just re-listened to episode 292, the first episode of 2021! Now that it's about halfway through the year, I was wondering if we could get an update on everyone's dunk goals! How are you bros doing so far with your New Year's dunks?

Dunks: Sam wanted to do a character design challenge every month and blow people away with Crashlands 2 reveal Seth wants to hit 200lbs, do 3 game jams, and be a gladiator in WoW Adam wants to spend more time sharing knowledge (DevChat, streaming, etc)

    RoninGameDev @22kd9c asked

You bros have talked about how the industry is unpredictable and even steam and publishers don't even have good ways of predicting success. That being said Chucklefish is publishing a game called Starmancer that goes into early access on Augest 5th. I am 100% confident it will be an instant success and will sell 1 million+ copies. Do you agree/disagree? Could you talk about why certain games might feel like a sure thing?

    TimConceivable @rmk4os asked

do you guys discuss the topics you bring up on the podcast beforehand at all? is what we hear the first or second time you've talked about these things?
