If you made a real purchase and were flagged incorrectly, your purchase will not be lost. Sometimes the verification process changes, causing even real purchases to appear as fraudulent. If that happened please let us know immediately so we can fix it! If you previously made a fraudulent purchase that can interfere with future purchases; we do not provide support in that case.
