Your Steam Purchase Doesn't Also Work On the App Store

Purchases are completely managed by the stores, not by us, and they don't share revenue with each other or provide a mechanism for us to allow for a purchase in one place to be registered somewhere else. But hey, at least you can sync your progress between copies of the game from different stores by logging into your Rumpus or BscotchID accounts!

Refunds

We don't sell our games directly. We have a partnership with the store you bought the game from. Because of that, we don't handle refunds, the stores do. Each store has its own rules and policies for refunds. For convenience, here are links to refund information for some of our partners: Steam, the App Store, and Google Play.

Pricing Disparities

Different stores and their customers have different pricing expectations, so we adjust things according to each market. Some games may have functional differences between stores that warrant different prices. Each store also automatically handles regional pricing conversions differently. We may further adjust regional or store prices based on feedback or requests from our business partners. Finally, sale events and rules typically differ by store.
